All about Salesforce Val

It feels a little self-indulgent but what the heck, this is my page right?!

Why 'Salesforce Val'? Quite simply, my clients decided on that name. To many, I became the go-to person for help, advice and getting stuff done in Salesforce. They'd say "ask Salesforce Val", so it stuck!

Believe it or not, I have other interests as well as Salesforce (who knew!?). I have a wife and 3 children, live in glorious Lancashire and love walking the beautiful Pennines as well as baking home-made biscotti and making my own wine from locally-foraged fruits.

I am a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Application Architect, specialising in process automation.

I have worked on the platform for 15 years, implementing and customising Salesforce in a variety of industries and business/non-profit sizes ranging from thousands of users to just a handful.
